What Is Your Opinion On The Miami Hurricanes’ Basketball Team?
this is a team who started the year undefeated for awhile around 12 games i think. They then struggled for awhile. However, they won 4 straight including beating DUKE THE #4 TEAM IN THE NATION AT THE TIME before losing at clemson. Does Miami make the tournament? If so, how far do they go?

No the ACC is a weak confrence and if i can remember MIAMI’s SOS:87

Some bubble teams are :Arizona, Kentucky, Wake, Ole Miss, Ariz State all of them has a better SOS and RPI then Miami

It will be 50/50 but I think they will. They can’t lose right away in the ACC Tourney though. They will make it to the second round if they make it to the Big Dance.

Miami will indeed make the tourney. Some project them as high as an eleven seed.
Miami has a lot left to prove if they want respect though. They only have a couple quality road wins all year… VA TECH and GA TECH. The ACC hasn’t been particularly kind to them. They got crushed by 16 against Carolina at home this year, lost by 15 @ Duke also. They needed to keep these games close against the 2 best ACC teams to gain respect in the conference. Even a shaky Maryland team that may not make the tournament beat Carolina, at Carolina, this year.
No doubt Miami could upset a couple teams and make a run into the sweet 16. I just don’t think it will happen.. because outside of Miami they just haven’t played well against good competition.
