Bed bugs lawsuit?
My brother and I recently came from Miami (we live in NY) and notice some bites all over his body when we got back today. It is getting worse, it looks like bed bug bites. Can we sue the hotel at Miami? Do we have to sue in New York or in Miami.

be careful with that.
be sure is not food poison.
shrimp is well know that gives some people real bad reactions.
when is bugs ,You feel it right away.(You do not discover that later on)
when I say, be careful with that, is that if You don’t have the proof of bugs and is food poison and the hotel can prove that ,chances are they will sue You for Defamatory statements
(may not be the hotel,but the maid)
also ,food poison may be lethal,so leave the internet and rush to the hospital.

Did you go to the beach? It could be sand flea bites.
So he’s kinda itchy! Is that really something to sue someone over? It’ll be gone in a few days. geeze.

How can you prove that your brother was bitten in a bed ?
Rather than waste time suing, put the money to better use by consulting a specialist or doctor, so that the condition can be remedied. Sometimes these things can get worse, due to the infection.
Also your brother wouldn’t look a pretty site, rather like someone who has been lost in swamp land. Come to your senses, and get him treated.
