I doubt very much if you can find all you need to know on a single web site.
You will have to contact the zoning board to make sure that your facility has or can get zoning approval.
You will have to contact licenses and inspections for both the city and the county.
You will also have to contact whatever government (city/county/state) has environmental jurisdiction due to waste disposal.
Since you will have employees you will also need an employer identification number from both state and federal governme-thents.
I am sure I have forgotten some of the things you will have to check into, but this will get you started.
