Police investigate man’s slaying
Miami-Dade police are investigating the slaying of a man whose body was found in the water Tuesday in Northwest Miami-Dade. A worker found the body of Vanhouston Deneil Flowers, 39, about 9:45 a.m. near Northwest 56th Street and 72nd Avenue, spokesman Detective Javier Baez said.
